Meet the team

Gary & Roni Jacobs are the Principals of the studio.

Gary & Roni attended a beginners class at the studio in 1999. They have progressed through various levels of classes and sat medal tests  in Ballroom, Latin and New Vogue. Then took up competitive dancing, and finally studied for their teaching qualifications. In August 2009 the opportunity arose to take over the studio.

They are ably assisted in teaching by Doug Pouwhare and Lisa Christmas.

Doug and Lisa danced together competively up until 2009.  Doug and Lisa competed in Senior A Grade Ballroom and New Vogue styles. They have won a number of National and South Pacific Chamipionships.
